OverviewWe are seeking a Procore Lead to support large industrial construction projects, including power generation work. This role supports both project management and field teams by driving consistent, accurate, and effective use of Procore throughout the project lifecycle.
The Procore Lead will serve as a day-to-day Procore owner for assigned projects, helping ensure Procore is configured, adopted, and used effectively across office and field workflows.
Responsibilities- Serve as Procore lead for assigned industrial construction projects
- Support PMs, superintendents, and field teams in daily Procore use
- Manage project setup, permissions, and workflows
- Oversee use of Drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, Inspections, Punch Lists, and Closeout documentation
- Train new project staff on Procore processes
- Troubleshoot Procore issues and drive adoption across office and field teams
- Enforce standardized Procore workflows and best practices
- Coordinate with corporate Procore administration and implementation leadership
- Support reporting and documentation requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on Procore experience on active construction projects
- Experience supporting large, complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of field workflows and document control
- Ability to work remotely and travel to project sites as needed
- Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in industrial construction, power generation, energy, or EPC
- Prior role as Procore Admin, Project Controls, or Construction Systems Lead
- Experience supporting field mobility (tablets, mobile workflows)
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
- Per diem eligible when traveling/onsite
