Responsibilities

• Supervises the field construction of a project to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Assists Project Manager in the development of on‑site procedures.
• Examines contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details, possible code violations, and to generate RFIs.
• Works with quality team to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.
• Updates project schedule to ensure project is completed on time.
• Coordinates activities of inspection agencies, and effects remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
• Performs complex tasks and certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

• BA degree
