Process Engineer

Clarksburg, WV | Full-Time | 1st Shift

We are seeking a Process Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing processes, leading technical projects, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects involving the implementation of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and progress with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend and deploy continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
  • Work with customers and vendors as needed to gather information, resolve issues, and support project success.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize and track project performance.
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and process optimization.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experienced engineers are encouraged to apply, but entry-level engineers will also be considered.
  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Experience with fabrication processes such as machining, precision manufacturing, glass fabrication, cutting, or similar production environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CAD software.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
