Process Engineer
Clarksburg, WV | Full-Time | 1st Shift

We are seeking a Process Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing processes, leading technical projects, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Lead projects involving the implementation of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and progress with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and deploy continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
- Work with customers and vendors as needed to gather information, resolve issues, and support project success.
- Utilize project management tools to organize and track project performance.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and process optimization.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experienced engineers are encouraged to apply, but entry-level engineers will also be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Experience with fabrication processes such as machining, precision manufacturing, glass fabrication, cutting, or similar production environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with CAD software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
