* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
* Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.
* Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure metrics using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
* Implement and maintain logging, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution.
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, code quality scans, and security checks into deployment pipelines.
* Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM configurations.
* Write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, Power Shell) to automate routine operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
* Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information access required.
* 2-5 years of developer experience.
* Experience supporting Dev Ops or infrastructure engineering in enterprise environments
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architectures
* Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools and configuration management practices
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including identity management, encryption, and system hardening
* Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops).
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible).
* Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
* Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Power Shell).
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK).
* Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configuration.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Dev Ops Engineer, CKA, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert) are a plus.
* Experience in government or DoD environments is desirable. This role bridges development and operations, ensuring that code moves efficiently from development through testing to production environments. The Dev Ops Engineer collaborates closely with software developers, QA teams, and system administrators to automate workflows, improve system reliability, and enforce infrastructure best practices.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across cloud platforms, scripting languages, and containerized environments. This contract supports a government agency's capability to ingest, process, and analyze massive volumes of digital evidence into actionable intelligence. The program drives full lifecycle development, from building scalable applications and forensic tools to integrating enterprise services and maintaining hybrid cloud and classified infrastructure. The work ensures users can securely access, review, and collaborate on evidence in real time.
