About the RoleWe are seeking a hands‑on IT Technician Level II to assist with day‑to‑day IT support across a multi‑site environment.
This role is critical to ensuring our technology systems run reliably and that employees across all locations receive timely and effective support. This role will oversee help desk activity, coordinate field support, and manage escalations.

Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Support- Establish and monitor help desk ticket intake, prioritization, and resolution
- Ensure timely response to user issues and minimize downtime
- Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs)
- Travel when required to support field operations and resolve issues
- Ensure consistent IT service delivery across geographically dispersed teams
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Lead resolution of critical incidents
- Ensure issues are properly documented and resolved
- Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions
- Implement and standardize IT processes and workflows
- Improve ticketing, documentation, and asset management practices
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce recurring issues
- 5–8+ years of IT experience, including hands‑on support
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Experience in operational or field‑based environments (logistics, manufacturing, services, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, Active Directory)
- A hands‑on Team Player who is comfortable solving technical issues
- Strong communicator who can work with both technical and non‑technical teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands
