Medegen - Shipping LOADER C

TITLE:

Shipping Loader CPOSITION OBJECTIVE:
The primary function of the Shipping Loader C is to receive and ship raw and processed materials to and from the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction.

• Responsible for maintaining Raw Inventory and packaging.
• Assisting and providing all inventory counts.
• Responsible for putting up stock into appropriate locations.
• Using the computer system, maintains inventory, general pick lists, etc.
• Prepare products for shipping which may include wrapping and labeling.
• Responsible for pulling stock from appropriate locations.
• Maintains all applicable documentation.
• Abides by all Company policies including, but not limited to, Safety, Environmental, and Plant rules: practices good housekeeping at all times.
• Performs other duties as required to support the mission of the department and plant.
• Perform other duties as required.
