Family Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

Job Description

OVP HEALTH is actively seeking qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for the Eastern location. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a KY DEA.

Licensure/Certification s required:

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in KY
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in KY
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in KY
• Current KYDEA
• National certification in applicable area
• Successful completion of OVP HEALTH credentialing process prior to practice
