Lindside Healthcare Center, a member of the Communi Care Family of Companies, is recruiting an RN MDS Nurse in Lindside, WV to join our operations team. The RAC reports to the Executive Director and oversees MDS assessments, RAI coordination, and Medicare/Medicaid case mix oversight.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN license and 3+ years in long-term care, plus MDS/RAI or case management experience. We offer a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.
