THIS ROLE:
North Star is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. Weekends Only, working 26 weekends per year. You can work every other weekend doing in-house call starting Friday 7am
- Monday 7am. Must be Cardiac and OB capable.

• Oversee and support a team of LPNs and RNs; evaluate their performance and implement corrective action as needed
• Direct the quality of nursing assessments, nursing diagnoses, plans, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor the nursing delegation process in conjunction with the Medical Director
• Ensure required training is completed, review delegation decisions, and develop procedures for assigned tasks
• Conduct the medical assessment of referred individuals and collaborate with the Intake Coordinator to determine appropriateness for placement in the community
