We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support manufacturing and production operations. This position is responsible for inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, documenting inspection results, identifying defects, and ensuring products and packaging meet established specifications.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience, strong visual inspection abilities, and a thorough understanding of production processes.

• Report to work reliably, punctually, and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Participate in all required safety meetings, workplace training, and shift communications.
• Maintain established quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection protocols.
• Inspect imported materials and products as directed by the Corporate Quality Manager.
• Follow established inspection protocols and complete First Article Inspections.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of production and assembly procedures.
• Review product specifications and verify that finished products meet established requirements.
• Maintain color master samples, master product samples, and red-label products.
• Gather and document productivity, quality, and technical information.
• Immediately identify and report incorrect machine settings or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Identify, document, and separate rejected or nonconforming products.
• Follow established equipment-transfer procedures.
• Complete required quality documentation using stamps, logbooks, and other designated records.
• Monitor product and packaging quality throughout the production process.
• Remove defective or questionable products from production and notify the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

• Minimum of one year of manufacturing assembly experience or one year of previous quality inspection experience.
• Knowledge of quality-control standards, production protocols, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to locate, read, and understand product specifications.
• Familiarity with product testing procedures and common manufacturing defects.
• Understanding of quality concerns related to customer and buyer complaints.
• Ability to properly maintain and locate master samples and red-label products.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual inspection abilities.
• Ability to distinguish colors and inspect fine product details, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to accurately complete quality records, inspection logs, and related documentation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the scheduled shift.

This role requires someone who can identify quality concerns quickly, document findings accurately, and communicate effectively with supervisors and production employees.
