Unload trucks and stock shelves and backroom areas in an efficient, accurate, and organized manner;
Assist members with locating merchandise and answering questions to support member satisfaction;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready store environment including displays and product rotation;
Monitor product quality, freshness, and shelf integrity, report damaged or unsafe items and ensure proper pricing and signage;
Support club operations by handling club pick-up orders and staging items according to policy and procedures.
