• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
• Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process for group health programs
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market presence
• Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding networks
• Offer strategic insights and guidance to brokers as a subject matter expert in group health benefits

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
• Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
• Strong desire for career growth and development in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with agents and brokers

• Experience in Group Health sales or marketing is a plus
• Background in other sales environments or military service
