If you thrive on organizing complex moving pieces, the Operations Materials Planner & Production Scheduler role at Image Industries puts you at the center of the action.
What you’ll do- Translate demand into executable production schedules and work orders
- Keep materials flowing: track inventory, ensure availability, and purchase raw materials
- Build strong vendor relationships to manage pricing, lead times, and deliveries
- Direct the rhythm of shipping and receiving to meet customer deadlines
- Update ERP to preserve accurate production and inventory records
- Communicate order status and delivery expectations to customers
- Collaborate daily with Operations, Production, and Customer Service to stay aligned
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Clear, concise communication and top-tier organization
- Background with inventory control, production planning, purchasing, or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Leadership and people management capability
- Knowledge of labor management systems
- Fluency in lean manufacturing concepts
- Understanding of supply chain management
- Hands-on scheduling experience
- ERP software
