GSRP Associate Teacher

Do you love pre‑k students and helping them discover the world? We’re seeking a fun, caring, and energetic GSRP Associate Teacher to join our team at Lil' People's Place. You’ll work alongside a lead teacher to create a playful, safe, and inspiring classroom for young learners.

• Help preschoolers explore, learn, and grow every day.

• Get GSRP-specific training and professional development.

• Supporting lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Guiding children through play, learning, and daily routines.
• Helping build a classroom where curiosity and creativity thrive.
• Communicating with families about their child’s day and progress.
• Assisting with documentation and assessments as needed.

• CDA credential or enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education and teamwork.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to become certified).
