Qualifications and Desired Experience- A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid and current licensing or certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience within a K-12 educational environment is a plus
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to student assessments and special education
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and assessments
- Interpret assessment results to develop appropriate educational recommendations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students as needed
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and academic accommodations
- Assist in crisis management and intervention efforts as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and confidential records following district and legal guidelines
