Position Summary:
The Engineering Technician I will support manufacturing operations by assisting engineers in process optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Pay range: $20 to $25/hour on W2 as per experience
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Improve process flow, reduce cycle times, and increase throughput.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Improve process flow, reduce cycle times, and increase throughput.
- Provide support for complex production issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Adhere to company safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and SOPs.
- Create and update operating procedures.
- Train production personnel on process updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Recent college graduate or minimum of 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing industries (chemical, electronics, medical device).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
