As Nursing Assistants, you are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team identify potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage $17.15 per hour

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts available – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full time days available
• Part time nights available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, activities of daily living, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program; current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
• Willingness to submit to a mandatory background check
• Minimum of X years experience in a similar role (describe your experience)
