Our Nurse Assistants are friend and companion to our guests, building relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. They notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. CNAs are a fundamental component of our nursing team.

You will earn: $22.40 per hour!

• Starting wage $17.50 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• PLUS $1.00 - $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift hours

• Available 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Days needed – flexible

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing, eating, skin care, oral care, shaving, and dressing
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support therapy services by encouraging and promoting well‑being
• Observe and report significant changes in patient condition as needed to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program and hold current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting the team and completing tasks efficiently
