M.A. DeAtley Construction is presently seeking a Construction Support Manger to help with all aspects of project manangement from bidding to final close out.
Responsibilities- Assisting project manager with bidding, owner correspondence, subcontractor and supplier correspondence, project submittals, cost control, progress invoicing, material and supplies procurement, quantity tracking/reporting.
- Change order pricing for additional work.
- Prepare/update progress schedules.
- Permit applications, environmental permit monitoring.
- Additional tasks include developing grade control files and calculating earthwork quantities utilizing survey equipment and software.
- Travel, primarily in Monana and Idaho, is required for this position. The remaining time will be spent at the Clarkston office.
