Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, clients, and community partners. This position plays a critical role in supporting housing operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, coordinating communications, and assisting residents with housing-related needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administrative support, front desk reception, affordable housing, property management, social services, or nonprofit organizations and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet residents, visitors, and guests
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Provide information and referrals to programs and services
- Assist with resident communications and paperwork
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain accurate records and database information
- Report maintenance or resident concerns as needed
- Support daily office and front desk operations
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of experience in human services, social services, affordable housing, administrative support, customer service, or related field preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment required
- General office and administrative experience required
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, climb, hear, and communicate with others
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, reach, and grasp up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally kneel, stoop, and crawl
- Ability to maintain visual focus and perform computer-based work throughout the day
