Our teachers serve a vital role at LCECP; they are classroom leaders who develop lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum. They work with classroom staff to ensure children and families receive the services they need. The role requires someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about education.

• Developing and delivering lesson plans designed to help children reach their goals.
• Conducting observations and tracking important information accurately.
• Conducting parent visits and parent conferences.
• Understanding and developing individual child goals.

This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) for 52 weeks a year. The position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days if working over 30 hours per week. Competitive wage is based on education and experience. The role includes 12 paid holidays and 10 vacation days during spring and winter breaks.

• Minimum of Child Development Associate (CDA) or state equivalency.
• Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings.
• Willingness to pursue further education as needed to acquire or maintain skills.
