CNA - LTC - Evenings

Nursing Aide

Provides vital support to both patients and nurses. From transporting, assistance with daily living activities, medication assistance, and safety checks. Helps oversee the safety of our occupants and facilitates social-emotional support, enhance occupant outcomes.

Shift: 4 on, 2 off, 8 hour shifts 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Experience:

Previous long-term care experience, preferred. Previous working knowledge of Point Click Care  (PCC) EMR. Medication passing experience, preferred.

Age:
Minimum of 18 years of age.

Education and Training:
High school diploma or GED required.

Licensures/ Certifications & Other Requirements:

• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Aide license in good standing, REQUIRED.
• Current CPR & 1st Aide Certification
• Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required
• Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training, on hire.
• Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.
• N95 mask fitting using our approved masks
• TB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
