Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, polish, scotch-brite, and tape all product moving through the paint department.
• Bondo may be applied in some cases.
• Be a self-starter and team player with good safety awareness.
• Be detailed and organized.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Work overtime to meet production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools and equipment under safety guidelines.
• Ability to follow established safety processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-starter, team player with good safety awareness.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions

• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level is moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Anticipated pay range: grade 2.0, $19.20–$20.20/hour. Actual base pay varies by qualifications, experience, business needs, and location.
