Thunder Jet Upholster​/Assembler

Position Overview

As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, the upholstery team member will assemble and prepare seats and support the overall upholstery process.

• Work with tools, materials, and equipment to build upholstery components while maintaining a high-quality standard.
• Contribute to all areas of the upholstery process.

• Working knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Product design and fabrication experience.

• Perform duties that require standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and using arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials.
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Noise level typically moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.

Anticipated pay range for this position: $20.20–$21.00 per hour (grade 2.5). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with up to 4% match, Health Savings Account with company contribution, wellbeing program, and product purchase discounts.
