As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, you will cover aluminum and wood parts with carpet and vinyl by glue or stapling.

This position requires a high level of personal dependability demonstrated through good attendance, a high level of productivity demonstrated through hustle, a high level of teamwork demonstrated through readiness to learn and assist in other jobs, a high aptitude for quality demonstrated by work that is free from defects, and a high level of safety demonstrated by the absence of personal injury or work accidents.

• Adhere carpet to metal and wood parts using glue and various tools.
• Trim excess carpet using scissors and/or utility knife.
• Preassemble hardware using air rivet gun or air drill.

• Carry metal, wood, and carpet pieces (2 to 50 lbs) to and from workstations.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Read a tape measure.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Be 18 years of age and successfully pass a background check.
• Maintain good attendance.

• Be familiar with hand tools.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.

• Perform duties that require talking, hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and using arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Noise level moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.

The anticipated pay range for this position is grade 2 ($19.20-$20.20). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
