Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations – Clarkston, WA

As an entry‑level member of the Thunder Jet team, you will assist in the manufacturing of Thunder Jet aluminum boats by fabricating aluminum components in preparation for welding and installation.

• Prepare and distribute parts to their appropriate location within the facility.
• Perform and log daily and weekly maintenance on all equipment.
• Operate overhead crane system, CNC router, press brake, chop saw, band saw, shear, and other equipment as necessary.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures, and identify risks and hazards before job completion.
• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Work overtime as required to meet production needs.

• Reliable with regular attendance.
• Observes a high level of attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime to complete daily tasks or projects.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
• Follows established safety processes, including hearing‑sensitive areas and PPE requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.

• Tasks involve frequent talking, hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and using arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials.
• Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.
• Moderate to high noise level in the manufacturing setting.
