Truss Laborer
Location: Clarkston, WA
Pay: $18.00 per hour ($27.00/hr Overtime)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Truss Manufacturing Laborers for a long-term opportunity with a respected local employer in the LC Valley. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in general labor, manufacturing, production, construction, assembly, lumber handling, or warehouse operations who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a team environment.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced production setting handling lumber, positioning truss plates, and assisting with the assembly and packaging of roof and floor trusses. Key Responsibilities- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Repetitively lift and move up to 50 lbs independently and participate in team lifting more than 50 lbs occasionally
- Handle lumber and position truss plates during the assembly process
- Assist with assembling, stacking, and packaging trusses
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Stand and walk throughout the workday while following PPE and workplace safety requirements

- Prior experience in a labor-intensive setting
