• Provide direct nursing care to residents with medical‑surgical needs, including telemetry and telemonitoring when applicable.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies; monitor responses and manage adverse effects.
• Conduct focused assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, document care accurately, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor vital signs, IV therapies, wound care, and respiratory status; respond promptly to changes in patient condition and when emergencies arise.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, therapists, and families to coordinate timely care, discharge planning, and education.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality‑of‑care standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or active multi‑state license.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
