Days M-F (5 8-hour shifts), rotating call.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process. The nurse collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. Care is rendered in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital, Nursing Department, and regulatory standards, with an emphasis on operating room protocols.

This role involves supervising assigned team members and providing nursing care as a circulating and/or scrub nurse while maintaining a safe and therapeutically effective environment.

• Provide nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in recognizing post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote an efficient workflow.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage as needed.

• Previous experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room nursing preferred.
• Current Washington State or Multi State RN license required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card upon hire.
• ACLS & PALS certifications required.
