• Provide direct patient care for Med Surg/PCU patients and be prepared to flex to other departments as needed
• Monitor patient status, document nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain patient safety with standard precautions, safe equipment use, side rails, and adherence to isolation and infection control procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment in PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg areas; access manuals and report equipment issues
• Complete accurate, concise documentation of patient status and interventions; deliver complete change‑of‑shift reports and coordinate with the care team
• Communicate critical lab values to the physician promptly and collaborate with other departments for comprehensive patient care
• Restock and maintain emergency carts, room supplies, and general inventory

• Active Washington RN license
• Experience in Med Surg/PCU and willingness to flex across departments as needed
• Ability to work in a LTC - Nursing Home environment
• Day shift availability

• 13‑week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
