Registered Nurse, ICU, Clarkston, WA
Start date 06/29/2026 for a 13‑week travel assignment in a 25‑bed CAH unit with ICU/PCU responsibilities within a long‑term care setting. Night shift with a guaranteed 36 hours per week at a weekly pay range of $1,906–$2,004. This assignment involves floating to MSU as needed and reflects a travel/temp position in a LTC environment.

- Floating:
Eligible to float to MSU as needed
- Deliver RN‑level care in ICU/PCU across adult medical‑surgical and telemetry‑focused units, including monitoring, assessment, and timely interventions.
- Administer medications, interpret and respond to lab values, and execute physician orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide patient and significant other education using appropriate modalities; document responses and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain patient safety through preventative measures, equipment checks, and adherence to isolation and infection control protocols.
- Perform complete shift‑to‑shift communications, accurate documentation of status and interventions, and maintain supply readiness (emergency carts, room, and general supplies).
- Demonstrate competence with PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg equipment, troubleshoot and access manuals as required, and comply with standard precautions at all times.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
- ICU/PCU experience; willingness to float to MSU as needed
- Proficient in patient education, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work nights in a 25‑bed CAH ICU/PCU setting within a long‑term care environment
- Knowledge of safe operation of equipment used in PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg areas
- Strong communication skills for handoffs and interdepartmental collaboration
