Tri State Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our School Based Health Center.

Make a lasting impact where it matters most! Tri State health is launching a brand-new School Based Health Center in partnership with the Clarkston School District, creating an exciting opportunity for a practitioner to provide essential care and make a direct impact on the lives of students.

The full-time wage range for this position is $ - $ annually.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the School Based Health Center.
• Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments.
• Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Program.
• Active Washington State License.
