• Provide direct nursing care to residents with medical-surgical needs, including telemetry and telemonitoring when applicable
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies; monitor responses and manage adverse effects
• Conduct focused assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, document care accurately, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor vital signs, IV therapies, wound care, and respiratory status; respond promptly to changes in patient condition and when emergencies arise
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, therapists, and families to coordinate timely care, discharge planning, and education
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or active multi-state license
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
• Ability to float to other units as needed
