As a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality and compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced environment. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute injuries or illness. This role also requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post‑discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Adhere to all healthcare protocols and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑stress environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
