Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will earn up to $45.40 per hour! $10,000 Sign On Bonus.

• RN Starting Wage: $38.00 per hour base rate
• Shift Premium: $4.00 per hour for Afternoons & Nights

• 12 hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Afternoons – 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
