Overview

Registered Nurse, PCU, Clarkston, WA — Travel assignment starts 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,218 to $2,357 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. Day shift in a 25-bed CAH unit within a LTC
- Nursing Home setting, supporting MSU/PCU, Telemetry, and Med Surg areas. Must be experienced in all areas and willing to float to departments as needed. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

  - Nursing Home environment
• Travel assignment with dedicated support and ongoing onboarding

• Provide direct nursing care to MSU/PCU, Telemetry, and Med Surg patients, including assessment, planning, and ongoing evaluation
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and promptly report changes to the physician
• Identify education needs of patients and significant others; deliver education using appropriate modalities
• Maintain patient safety through preventative measures, follow isolation and infection control procedures, and document care accordingly
• Perform and document accurate orders processing, 24-hour order checks when applicable, and thorough shift handoffs to incoming staff
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment used in PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg settings; access manuals as needed; keep emergency carts and supplies stocked
• Communicate clearly with other departments and report critical lab values promptly per policy
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support unit operations and patient care

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
• Experience in MSU/PCU and willingness to float to other departments as needed
• Ability to work in a PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg environment and adapt to shift needs
