Hours:
36 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state required
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS & PALS certification required
- Previous experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
- Supervises assigned team members
- Maintains the work area
- Participates in 24-hour call coverage
- Recognizes post-anesthesia and post-operative complications
