Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in a long-term care setting located in Clarkston, WA. This travel, temporary assignment starts 09/21/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with night shifts. Weekly pay range of $2,257 to $2,386. Work setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

• Provide direct patient care to adult residents on Med Surg Tele within a long-term care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; document care in the charting system; communicate changes to physicians and family as appropriate
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition; perform required procedures and support patient safety and infection control
• Support patient flow, admissions, and discharges as needed; assist with care planning and patient education
• May float to other units or departments as needed to meet patient care needs

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington or an active multi-state license
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
• Ability to float if needed to meet assignment requirements
