As a Food Service Associate, you will provide friendly, smiling service to members of your community, helping them fuel their cars and satisfy their hunger.

• Ring customers up accurately and handle various forms of payment.
• Answer questions about the food items offered.
• Prepare food and adhere to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Replenish supplies and food.
• Clean surface areas, dispose of trash.
• Receive and unload stock.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Obtain and maintain all required food and age‑restricted product certifications within 2 weeks of employment.

• Assist and work with the store’s standard operations, including lotto, alcohol and tobacco sales, cashiering, fuel attendant duties, etc.
• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Work all assigned shifts, arriving on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
• Act as a positive team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• See with 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to view numbers, inventory levels, gas pumps, etc.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Frequently reach overhead, grip, perform wrist/finger movements, and push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Climb a step ladder to stock or retrieve materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship needed.

Additional Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, food service, and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Communicate in English (oral and written); proficient telephone skills.
• Work various shifts as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Work with equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Perform essential duties in the conditions described.

Part‑time employees are granted 29 hours vacation after 1 year, accruing bi‑weekly thereafter based on years of service.
