Pest Technician​/Pest Control Technician

Job Description

As a Pest Technician you won’t be tied to a desk, you’ll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to safely eliminate pests. Our Techs serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs.

Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, helping with sales to current customers and expanding our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product or service information while working with customers onsite.

Work conditions:
Pests don’t always live in nice places — and that’s where we do our work. Don’t worry – we’ll prepare you with all you need to do the job safely and as comfortably as possible. You’ll need to be able to work both inside and outside in your local climate with company‑provided weather gear.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
