Aaron is seeking a dedicated candidate to assist the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals and customer account maintenance. The role includes direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases and counseling them on the benefits of timely renewals.
You will also handle merchandise returns, prepare and maintain weekly vehicle logs, and document customer promises in the store system while supporting deliveries as directed by management.
