Position Details

Production Worker
The Clarksville, Arkansas plant.
Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour.
Shift: 2nd Shift (5:00 PM — 5:00 AM), Monday‑Friday.

• 3+ months of production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack product safely.
• You're good with your hands and can be "on-the-go" the full shift.

• Catch tubes as they exit the draw operation.
• Inspect tubes for defects and notify the Draw Bench Operator of quality concerns.
• Remove and transfer mandrel bars for the next production cycle.
• Review work orders to verify correct temperature, speed, and material setup requirements.
• Place saddles on furnace in-feed tables and properly secure materials to skids.
• Untie and bundle finished material after furnace processing.
• Reattach travel tickets and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
