Production Rendering Generalist, All Shifts RVI Clarksville, AR

Pay Range: $20.35 - $29.10;
Shift Pay: $2.00 or $3.00 shift Differential and Skill Based pay progression.

• Responsible for the production operation: unload and wash all trailers and reefers, monitor cookers and soap, wash all areas of the plant.
• Drive yard truck to transport trailers and reefers on the yard and load finish product.
• Check lubrication on machinery, change oil and belts on gear boxes, perform equipment PM and auger inspections while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Stand for long periods of time, lifting up to 60 pounds, shoveling, climbing stairs and ladders up to 30 feet, bending, stretching, reaching, working in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors.
• Maintain clean work area by use of soap and high-pressure water hose with 30 pounds of pressure or more.
• Must obtain certification and operate a forklift or skid-steer loader.

• Basic hand tools and basic mechanical and maintenance skills such as mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, wiring, motor controls, and conveyor maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand policies, procedures and regulations, and to document information, communicate with others written and verbally.

• Must have 1 year mechanical/maintenance skills and experience listed in work history or skills section on application.

• B Crew – Sunday – Tuesday 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.;
  Wednesday 6:00 p.m. – 12 midnight
• C Crew – Wednesday 12 noon – 6:00 p.m., Thursday – Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• D Crew – Wednesday 12 midnight – 6:00 a.m., Thursday – Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
