LPN – Skilled Nursing | Night Shift

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No Call Requirements
• Block Scheduling Available (upon request!)
• Floating Possible to Long-Term Care
• Supportive Rehab & Nursing Environment
• Manageable Patient Ratio: 1:17
• Team-Oriented Setting with Strong CNA Support

Provide bedside care in a skilled nursing/rehab environment. Administer medications and perform patient assessments. Conduct routine rounds and monitor patient progress. Supervise and support CNAs. Assist with wound care as needed. Deliver compassionate care to both short-term rehab and long-term residents.

• Active Tennessee LPN License
• BLS Certification (required)
• IV Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
• Strong skills in medication administration and patient care
• Prior experience in a nursing home or skilled facility
