Refrigeration Maintenance Position
This posting is for the Refrigeration Maintenance position at the Clarksville, AR complex. This position will be scheduled for 2nd shift.
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Tasks Refrigeration Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping equipment running to maintain continuous production. You must be willing set up, adjust and break down production line machinery. Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc. Must be willing to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be willing to stand on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
Requirements Refrigeration Maintenance positions require one year of experience in ammonia refrigeration or HVAC, or the equivalent certification from a technical school.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of documented mechanic work experience in work history section of the application and/or resume, be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program, or training beyond high school in either an associate or technical field. Candidates with a combination of experience and training will be considered. Experience in general mechanics, maintenance, welding, electrical, and hydraulics preferred.
Work Schedule:
Wednesday 10 pm- 4 am
Thursday-Saturday 4pm- 4am
