The Administrative Assistantfacilitatesthe efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

• Minimum of one year experience as an admin assistant, preferably for a hospital or healthcare setting
• Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
