SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL - ED

School:
Clarksville High School

Period of Time:
Full time position for the  school year.

Evaluated By:
High School Principal and/or Designee

Evaluation Period:
Annually

Qualifications:

1. Must have highly qualified status (completed at least two years of college (60 credit hours), hold an associate's degree, OR pass the Indiana State Para Pro Assessment

2. Ability and willingness to work with special needs students

3. Willingness to work with team of administrators, classroom teachers and staff with flexibility and positive attitude

Duties:

1. Work with students in a classroom setting

2. Assist special education teacher with students academically, socially, and behaviorally

3. Assist with students' program planning and implementation

4. Provide student supervision as needed

5. Other duties as assigned by administration

Salary:
Instructional Assistant Salary Schedule
