Chase - 821 East Lewis and Clark Parkway - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash devices such as cash vault/ATM while adhering to bank policies
