Candlewood Suites is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 104-room limited-service property. This role is responsible for managing the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments
, ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain operational efficiency and quality across all departments.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address operational issues promptly.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and adherence to safety and brand standards.
- Experience managing hotel operations, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize operational needs effectively.
- Proficiency with Opera PMS required.
