As a Food Production Associate at Sam’s Club, you will prepare and manage prepared food items, maintain safety standards, and support team and customer needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare food in accordance with specifications and plan for production volume and seasonality.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain, and inventory management standards.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize food production equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the customer experience, and support associate engagement.
• Stock, rotate, and manage merchandise ensuring quality and date‑control.
• Assist customers in purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
• Promote a respectful, supportive, and teamwork‑oriented workplace.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door and drug‑free workplace policies.
• Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete required job‑related training and assessments in a prescribed timeframe.
• Ability to stand up to 8–12 hrs and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.
• Experience in a food production environment.

• Hourly pay: $19.00–$27.00* (actual rate at least the local minimum wage).
